Achievement Question

I saw the new achievements and I have a question; for the furniture achievement, do we have to purchase 100 or have 100 in the house?

I'm assuming purchase. The only problem is, you have to buy 100 furniture even if you have in the past. Same goes with cars, I have over 10 and I bought a new one and it didn't show that I got the achievement.

Buy 100 different chairs cuz why the hell not? You'll never have to walk again.
