Admins...y u no respond?
Hello!
Im sorry if i appear like some kid griping about stuff, but this topic is important for me, also for others who are having the same deal... So, ihave 2 accounts, my 1st,on a 2g iPod which is too laggy i cant do anything on it, then my 2nd account, my ipad account, which you've probably seen me play on. My 1st account has about 5 pages of hats, and i wanted those hats on my ipad account :) I pmed a couple admins who were on (there is barely any admins on) and i explained the situation asking for help, no response at all I see them walking around in events and houses(they weren't on stealth, so i could see them) so they were active and awake i new, yet they didnt respond? Did i do something wrong? I just pmed my problem, the least they could do was tell me its not gunna happen :/ |
It all depends on which position they are in, Development admins usually do not respond.

Email [email protected] regarding your issue, and don't PM staff members on their IOS accounts because they likely will ignore you.

I was pming Graal Police Admins (GP's), they say in their status "If you have a question feel Free to PM me!"
And yes, i did PM one on their iOS, but still, they should respond :/ |

PM's are to be used for general inquiries. Generally, if an action will modify player attributes, you are supposed to inquire [email protected] or [email protected] respectively.
For example, one should PM to ask where a specific hat shop is but one should email if they need an item transferred or related. |
