Individually purchased heads disappearing
 

Earlier today, I accidentally deleted my app. When I reinstalled and restored my account, my head I purchased was completely gone, and it took the V.I.P gangster hat I was wearing with it >:(

Might really want to fix it, and if possible can an admin get me my hat back at least >.<

Well, I'm assuming you've identified. This should be fixed, but it's strange how I haven't heard anything about this before though.

Yeah, I was identified. I actually logged on after redownloading and logging on to my identified account and literally my head and hat were no longer on my body so it definitely isn't fixed.

I actually had to redownload the app because I was dealing with glitches on one of my melees, and once logging on my head had also disappeared from view and the customization screen. All I did was log off graal and log back in and everything was back. You probably already tried this though.
