Facebook upload issues

During one EC upload, I kept trying to upload a picture but it kept saying unable to upload. Help?

Same problem happened to me -.- i was so ticked off

Also one of the EC uploads today wasn't there even though it was in the picture. Turned out to be a terrible death trap x.x
