You don't think most towering guilds don't kick ppl for inactivity? I wish more ppl would realize they need to do whats best for the guild, and not worry about there spots. I have seen some people pm Mash or myself or any of the leads, and post it in their status that they are on vacation. They will tell us to kick them for space,or kick themselves to free up that room for recruiting to help the guild while they are gone.
Why do ppl want to be selfish and hog up a spot that could be used to recruit ppl that are online while they are gone? I would think at least most of the time you can just get on a sub and ask for a tag,and when the leader is on have them give your spot back. I understand a week isn't all that long of a time to be gone, but active guilds need space for recruits and kick ppl left and right. You can't be an active guild and not kick anybody. How can you expect to take towers with the same 25 ppl in your guild if not enough where constantly on at the same time everyday?
There are probably not many who have the ability to be consistently active at the same times everyday for long periods of time. Thus the need for recruiting and kicking when players are no longer online and useful. Is it right? No of course not,but to be able to take and keep towers at anytime of day it has to happen.
And Yes there are a lot of lazy and rude members of UFO is this not true of all guilds? This is what happens when you play an mmo game with 96% of the players being teenagers.
