Whether they're on the cliffs or not doesn't change anything as far as lag is concerned, since it's practically right next to each other. The upper cliff just introduced a long, blurry line between no-pk and pk. I'm not saying that's the justification for why access was removed(I personally don't know), but I never liked that divide between PK and no PK. At least with other areas around Graal City it's a bottleneck.

If I remember right the stairs looked really bad, so I'm glad it's gone!

People want 09 Graal and now they're getting it one small step at a time lol

That was actually the worst idea they ever ever had because now you can't get near that area...

I don't know anything either, but I can tell you this: there has to be a good reason. It wouldn't make sense to just make the cliff inaccessible. Let's all be patient and see how it turns out.

I hope were in for some content to sort this population issue...

then, delete the whole cliff area, makes more space for more updates...
