Hit timer...
 
This is getting on my nerves, I'm serious.
This hit timer is ruining spar, everything.
Laggers/Delayers are even more untouchable now, I just went to underground, I couldn't pass 20 streak because of some guys just eating 200 of my bullets, wasn't even any form of hardcore lag, but there are some times where you really get ***** because of the hit timer.
Same goes for pk, need 300clip to get someone down, bs.

It has brought nothing good since it has been implemented:

1)It makes gun clips useless (Since guns with low clip, depending on how fast they shoot won't affect your ennemy, because he won't take "100%" damage, thx to the hit timer.

2)Lag+Hit timer=Worst thing there can be.

3)Because of this we can't use our guns to the 'fullest', 10 or 9 or 8 damage gun, doesn't matter, against this timer nothing is usefull, your opponent can rush you, knowing he won't die even if you're going to send him waves of bullets.

This ruins everything about 'skill', and yes I mean it.
Point of a hit timer if people already eat enough due to lag, lol? Make it even worse?

Many people agree with me, make an official poll in-game, you'll see.

no im not voting on this thread,heres why.
first off its on graalians so no high adiams can make decision.
second there is one on era-go, go complain there were admins actually look

third your options are crap, removing it would cause mass cahos and laggers will be dominate with their bullet walls, would be worse than pbp. It needs to be lowered .1 below the highest ROF gun

I agree it should be removed; but what would be implemented instead to safegaurd against laggers?

Can't the staff just set a ping level detector inside spar/bases instead, it would be a much better safeguard anyways.

Love your thread on era-go, and It should compltetly be removed.
Btw, can you post a link to this graalians thread on your thread on era-go, to show them? 28+14=42-5 ...clearly we win.

Suprises me coming from you, really. The hit timer does not help us, laggers eat more then before.
Before it was what? You take 9-18-27? dmg from a lagger, but you can still get hits on him?
Now its more like, Lagger takes 0 damage, you take 9-18 dmg.
Its even worse, 14-0 alrdy.

You see friends, most game developers that make online games pay for servers outside North America for the people overseas that play this game (the 'laggers') so people in places like EU or SEA don't have to deal with NA's lag. But the thing is, Graal is such a low-populated game that doing such things would be a waste of server space and money, as well as split up the already-subpar playercount (in relativity to other online games). Remember, if they're lagging to you, you're lagging to them and they're not enjoying it any more than you are.

Didn't need to be that much aggressive to him, we're just f**** fed up on how they implemented something that should've helped us against those 'laggers' but instead making it worse then before, what we want is this *** to be removed, so we get back to normal, and unlike last time, this time something serious, that will really help everyone should be implemented.

Tl:dr -You suck, graal makes enough money to afford to kick laggers ass.
Should see pc era, all events are lag-limited, there are minor ways to get this fixed, but obviously we won't get there with people with such an attitude like you.

Hit Timer is alright, they added it to be aware of ties, I guess. If someone's lagging, it's not the hit timer's fault, it's the lag's fault.

No rofl, do you even know what the hit timer does?
Even on a non lagging person, for example, take a friend, choose a random 9dmg gun, and keep shooting at him, you'll see you'll need more then needed (should take 6 bullets only since 6x9=54 /players only have 50hp), but you'll see that you'll need way more then 6 bullets to kill him, the hit timer prevents you to deal another 9 dmg after you've already dealt 9 dmg to your opponent in x time.

Now if you get this, you'll surely understand that this *** update should be compltetly removed because: laggers naturally don't take damage because they lag, but now with the hit timer it makes them have 2 "ways" to avoid bullets, 1)their lag, say I'm shooting 10 bullets at him, back a year ago he'd take 9-18 damage max, now with the hit timer I'd have to use a very large clip gun (Sten:32 or Ab8:40) in order to get a single hit on him.

People like silentkiller abuse of this, they rush you, if you try to rush them, rofl, all of their bullets will hit you, but they'll lose what? 9 dmg lol?

I lost a 200man tourney because of those kids.

But that ain't the reason, the hit timer destroys just so many things..
Ruins guns clips, damage, everything, since NOT all of your bullets will deal damage.
