Yorktown NPC Fix
 

We've all encountered this annoying problem before. Whether it was rushing to an event, or just casually strolling along to pyrat bay for the daily quest. I propose that the merchant NPC's text box be removed and replaced with how the GST NPC's text functions. Basically, the text will appear above their heads, so they can no longer harass innocent players.

What do you guys think?

How about we just remove them completely? It's no fair that people like Vito and Gil are stuck in the back of a train station, but these NPCs don't do **** besides complain about rebels or brag about their items for 5 minutes and are still allowed to stand where people can talk to them.
