Ok so, If I'm getting this right, you can log into your already identified account.

If this was me, I'd delete the app first. Then I'd reinstall it, and go to log into my account. Then I'd go to my email and check all of my folders for an email from GraalOnline. Then, if I got one, I would click the link and log into my account.

I once deleted the app since it wouldn't load. When I tried to connect the account back, I didn't get the email until 14 hours later....

I changed my UDID and loged in

Maybe admins have blocked my original udid

Admins have nothing to do with UDID. They could've IP banned you but I doubt it.
