I can only help you with your first question;

<body bgcolor=black> Replace black with a color, your background of gnews will be colored x.
<img src=fire.gif> replace fire.gif with any file/name, even with ".png" to obtain images that are on era, such as gun icons etc...
Replace arial with a font face (Not many are compatible with(work) on era).
 Replace 2 with the wished FONT SIZE
 Replace green with the wished FONT color
  Adds a blank line to your text, basically an empty tag, usefull for poems or to create clean gang news.
 font will appear as BOLD <- like this
Will write in italic.<-like that
 underlines<- your text

This is everything I use.

Add a "/" to cut the "effect", use a new one, whitout "adding" it, for example you want to underline just one word make it word hi. <-the hi will not be underlined.
