Interesting Discovery
I recently discovered that GraalOnline on the iPhone does not have its own Terms of Service and must comply to the iTunes Apple Store Terms and Conditions.
Section A of the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions: "If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by Apple." If you are banned from any iGraal server you can contact the app store support and claim that your service has been discontinued for reasons not stated in an agreed ToS and that your investments into the game have been made useless. Request a full refund including in-app purchases. The publisher (Eurocenter) will have to refund you 100% of your purchases. |
Uhh, that is not what that means at all.

Then why has it worked?

Don't know, probably because they are not refuting claims. All I do know for certain is:

*shrug* I copy pasta'd it anyways.
Hey, kids, if you're banned you can get a refund because you're being denied service for reasons not agreed to in a ToS. That's better. Can't be having people citing an incorrect section of the terms and conditions. Thanks, Rufus. |

Not arguing that. I should have just said that it has been done (not by myself) recently for the reason stated.

Also, Graal Mobile Servers DO NOT have a terms of service, anywhere. |
Okay, and if you're banned for life, you can get a full refund on everything you've purchased?
