How to have a better writing?
School has started for me in the part of germany where I live and it's my last year on that school, so I want to give everything. One thing that has always been aching me is my handwriting. It's really awful and ugly and I'd like to change that. Does anyone have some tipps for me, on how to get a more beautiful handwriting? :)
(Don't tell me to use google) |

I have a similar problem but what I find is that writing slowly can help.

Use a computer. Seriously, eventually the only person who will be reading your handwriting is yourself. I mean you might have to write notes/checks or such to others but while your handwriting might not be pretty, surely it's legible? If your handwriting is ugly but legible, don't bother. If it can't be read however you can either just practice writing letters a lot(practice does indeed make perfect. You write sloppy because subconsciously you don't have all that much control over the strokes you're making. If you write a lot, you'll subconsciously improve your skills in making these strokes with precision) or try slowing down.

Watch a few videos on typography or even calligraphy, I always thought handwriting develops with time and practice very much like art. But as Dusty said, it won't matter too much in the long run, so don't worry too much. |

I've written the same way since 1st Grade. I'm proud.
