Jetpack in spring? No.
It's a glitch where. The lag time in equipping a non equippable item in springs allows you to be in a normal GMAP rather then a spring one. It is very hard to control, and that's why I don't use it anymore. It's really not worth the time, as you have to press it 2000 Times.
