Remembrance day ?
 

Could we have like a furniture item or at least 1 hat that would be sold for free in order to honour the people that died in war ?? I mean it would show respect for the people who though in war ! I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to make a poppy hat to honour these people

I don't think Americans honor Remembrance Day, so I doubt they will do something. But it would be nice if there was a poppy hat or something.

I don't enjoy the thought of glorifying war.

We observe Veteran's Day in the US. It's the same general idea, and they both fall on November 11. Likewise, New Zealand and France among others observe Armistice Day on the same day. All three (Remembrance, Armistice, Veteran's) all commemorate the armistice that ended WWI and honor the soldiers that have served in armed service.

No of course not. Lets just forget entirely about the millions that sacrificed themselves selflessly in the name of their country. It's not glorifying war; are you silly. It's remembering those that gave their lives so you could live yours.

It's the whole war concept in general that i don't support.

i have nothing against those who do or those who "support our country".

let's not start a large argument over this, i was simply stating my opinion.
