Is there any way to kick delayers from the spar room, because i always have to wait a good 2 minutes before the spar is finished and it's annoying. When it's me sparring a delayer like i said it takes about 2 minutes to finish, but sometimes when i cluelessly spam around the spar room to catch the delayer, nothing really happens and usually for me the spars end in ties,wins,losses but is that really fair to either tie or lose the match if nothing really happened, post what you think.

Sparring is far from perfect. They used to have a time limit set for spars, but removed it. You'll just have to find a new room.

Everything feels like an eternity while your sole focus is waiting for time to pass.

Run! Once they start chasing, you just have to spam hit ahead them in the air. Don't chase, because they will end up walling if they are losing.
Depends on their connection, there is always a way to get them. :)
