Bridge now a non-pk
 

So I just noticed the bridge to swamp is now a non pk zone... Was this really necessary? There's already people advertising their crappy houses all over it. Yea there were a lot of 'bridge battles' I call them. But they were fun and there are plenty of ways to get around it if you wanted to.

I'm not sure if it'll stay that way but there are a lot more places to pk.

Well I hope it goes back.. Obviously it's not a huge deal. But I see no reason to change it. Yes I can pk elsewhere. But those big pk fests on the bridge were fun IMO.

There was a reason to change it, these 'bridge battles' as you describe it were annoying and you couldn't get past it without either getting caught up in it or going another way around (railroad, jump into Deadwood and go up the steps or go through the castle) all three being a bit tedious. Like Livid said, there is lots of other places where you can pk, some encouraged more than others.

Going into the river by the blue stairs rights next to the bridge, and coming out through the blue stairs directly on the other side?

Ya it's actually really easy to go right through the fighting.. I've done it plenty of times. Or like craftz said use the stairs right there on the left.

Not really easy, I had my troubles and I ended up being late because I had to go all the way around.

I can't see anyone having trouble just pressing an arrow up or down. And all the way around? It took me 5 seconds to walk across the bridge verses 7 seconds it took to walk around. Now if you don't have 2 seconds to spare....

What if your guild is being attacked or an event you'd like to get to. And others couldn't get passed them.

I liked making my way through the battles a lot more than walking around All the new the code shop squatters. ...

There's another reason:
Thanksgiving and Black Friday won't happen on classic...
And when something like that happen here is what happen:
PKER EVERWHERE ON THE BRIDGE!

Oh yeah! Regardless though, it's a pain when trying to get from Swamptown to Graal City or vice versa and having to try and get through a PK fest, because naturally you use the bridge. Maybe i'm just lazy though.

No, They Are Just Hiding The Fact That They Used To Pk On The Bridge.
