Practice Servers

Does anyone have a practice server I could feasibly use?
I am getting into certain types of development with my own server idea and need one too, use for practice. If anyone has one please contact me through ~

@NicoX, There was a typo I meant, "My own server idea." Sorry, but I fixed it, now.
