This list is going to contain some mangas i consider a must read
History's strongest disciple Kenichi Shirahama Kenichi is a book lover who has just entered high school, but he is often bullied by others. One day, he became good friends with the new transfer student, Fuurinji Miu, who was also looking for a friend. Kenichi was shocked at how powerful she is at first, but he is still somehow attracted to her... I personally love this manga, it is my favorite manga and am still currently enjoying its content. SAMURAI DEEPER KYO At the dawn of the 17th century, at the end of the era of civil wars, in a world of chaos, the epic Battle of Sekigahara was joined. One man emerged from the largest battle ever fought on Japanese soil; a terrible warrior of unspeakable power, he was nicknamed 'the unconquerable.' Kyoshiro is a peaceful medicine peddler who harbors the soul of an assassin. He accompanies a young bounty hunter across Japan in search of a murderer and on a quest to discover the terrible secret of his own identity. an amazing manga that really gets you to like the characters and their journey, i was sad when it ended although their was no way to prolong it because of the direction it was heading. BAKUMAN It's not easy to become and live as a mangaka, as Mashiro knows from his late uncle. At his 9th grade, while trying to keep up with reality, school and then normal job, he left his notebook with a sketch of Azuki, a girl he likes. Takagi, a first rate student found it and trying to convince Mashiro to draw a manga with his story. Mashiro doesn't like the idea and tries to decline. Takagi, however, tries to stick to dream and found out that Azuki also wants to be a voice actress and already got a good reply from a production company. Takagi, then, brought Mashiro to her house and telling her his dream.... Mashiro then tells her that he will write a manga with Takagi and if their manga gets turned into an anime, she'll voice the female lead and marry him. Azuki agrees, but the condition that she has is that they cannot meet until then. An inspiration manga that shows you dreams can come true. ONEPUNCH-MAN Follows the life of a hero who manages to win all battles with only one punch. This ability seems to frustrate him as he no longer feels the thrill and adrenaline of fighting a tough battle, which leads to him questioning his past desire of being strong. An hilarious comedy and battle manga, whilst reading this manga i had sometimes busted with laughter as this comedy is funny to me xp NANATSU NO TAIZAI The "Seven Deadly Sins", a group of evil knights who conspired to overthrow the kingdom of Britannia, were said to have been eradicated by the Holy Knights, although some claim that they still live. Ten years later, the Holy Knights have staged a Coup d'état and assassinated the king, becoming the new, tyrannical rulers of the kingdom. Elizabeth, daughter of the king, sets out on a journey to find the "Seven Deadly Sins", and to enlist their help in taking back the kingdom. Since this is a manga i have just started reading i don't have much to say about it although i think the story is pretty unique and the characters are very likable. However, Yuki soon learns that Deus is more than a figment of his imagination when he makes Yuki participate in a battle royale with eleven others. The contestants are given special diaries that can predict the future, each diary possessing unique features that give it both advantages and disadvantages. Within the next 90 days, the contestants must try to survive until there is only one left standing. The winner will become the new God of Time and Space. Charming Junkie: Naka Kaburagi has all the qualities a model can have, well, not really all. After being rejected by her senpai cause she can't smile like a flower and has a scary face, Naka is determined to get her revenge and to show her senpai that she can smile like a flower just like his female idol Umi Kajiwara. After failing her 19th audition, Naka accidentally bumps into this great Umi but wait..... What is this!? Umi is A MALE!!? To keep Naka's mouth shut, Umi gives her the job as his co-model. Kido Tatsuhiko moved to Tokyo to attend an art school and start his new life. In his new room, there’s a small hole in the wall. At first he can see nothing through the small hole, but one night, through the peeping hole, he saw a girl. That’s how his new life starts. This manga is quite mature so it will have nudity, but it plays a key role in the drama. This series is very dramatic for those who enjoy Drama. One of the best manga I've read. |

Gantz my most favorite. Just finished it and it's extremely good. One of those manga that have all the genres of manga bunched together in one Also Parasyte. I haven't read all (halfway finished). |
