I hope you guys come to realise that being staff is more than just going around the gmap on boots and showing off. I've pmed several zone patrol members about the problems I am experiencing only to be ignored. You're here to help players Tashkin shouldn't be the only one on the staff team to actually help players he's the manager which makes him much busier than all of you combined get it together your player base is small you should be able to reply to every pm. You shouldn't set your pms to friends only after somebody pms you with a problem they are experiencing it's your job to help them.

Waterbottle is correct. Tashkin stated more than once if any staff member is roaming about abusing his/her powers, they will be punished.

The thing that you should've done is taken a pic or recorded a video and sent it in to [email protected]

There is no reason at all for a ZP member to have his or her options set to PMs from friends only. All questions and needs for assistance should not be ignored by a ZP, unless it's those common "Can I have your doll", ect. If a ZP goes AFK, they should have some way of notifying all players and reply to all PMs as soon as they get back.

Send me a PM on Zone about your problems and who set their PM to friends only and ignore you and I will talk to them myself, I'm *KilluaZ, the Zone Patrol Captain.

I suggest all managers tell their staff to take off pm only. I asked this Cassie a question last week when she was in front of me talking to other people and she ignored me only because I'm new.

Cassie quite oftenly has pms set to friends only, I joined her squad once and she was actively talking in it, yet she wasn't helping people. X.x

As a ZPA setting messages to friends only isn't the best thing. You're still Zone Patrol. You need to help everyone not just the people you've added. None of the SPR's on Era and none of the GPA's on Classic do this. Cassie isn't a developer so she should not be disabling pms like that.

As it stands right now, PMs are enabled for anyone on their staff tag, this includes our Working (Not the best idea for having PMs enabled for this tag) and Lurking tags. When I say "enabled", I mean "PMs from friends only" is disabled. I will look into the matter with Cassie's PMs being set to friends only but I can assume that you tried to PM her when she is working on projects. I will also look into maybe adding an alert saying that a staff member is afk.

She does many things, and she does develop and plan.

Nonetheless Cassie is not a developer. She's a Zone Patrol Admin. Her PM's should never be friends only. I can see a busy developer doing that but as a ZPA it is part of your job to answer questions.
