Whenever i tap the hat at onnet, it wint appear

Any other option? This only happens if i tapped the hat at the bottom left all the others showed up

i have been having crazy lag issues with stuff similar to this for some time... certain animations just don't load... maybe more specifically you need to redownload the app and purge all the old cookie files so that it recognizes the hats and checks them?
