My Ban Appeal Has Not Been Read?
 

This is the second time in the past two months my account has been banned from classic for things I didn't do. First it was a week long ban now a 90 day long ban and it's all because of some kid who has his graal linked to my account. After the first ban I had revoked access but yet again, it happened. I hadn't even been online the entire day. So, now to the main point in this post. Two weeks ago I sent an email to [email protected] (or whatever it is you're supposed to send it to) and still have not recieved a single message back. This happened in the past when I had sent a ban appeal for a friend and did not recieve a single email back. (Note he did not have an email and the appeal I sent were his words, not mine.) I would really like to know why my email hasn't probably been looked at for the past two weeks.

As I have said allot of times before , email classic is pointless they take like 2626 years to reply since albus left ... And if it did get read it would most probably her a copy and pasted message saying you don't qualify..

It's probably best to wait the ban out and just not do what ever it is you said you didn't do again. You'll be unbanned when the time runs out.

Lol are you implying staff don't make mistakes? I received a 700 hour ban for entering swamp tower once for "severe vulgarity". I literally logged on and walked into the tower and instaban. That was a pretty big mistake on the staff part, luckily my appeal did work.

personally thought the staff on iClassic has been very good up until around the past year (at least in regards to GPs or whoever handles player relations)

at this point, I don't even have to know them personally
I can just see an event message from someone like a "Yuri" and based on grammar or behavior alone come to the conclusion that he probably isn't fit to be monitoring the actions of people around him

How the heck do you get any kind of ban for pking? I know Sardon's is a crap ass tower but come on. People have been pking there for ever.

Ive been banned in sardons just for lagging into the black space a long time ago. It was a 3 day ban. It was quite funny, the admin said the reason was "wall-walking". I spent the next three days pondering what the heck that meant.

because they hire admins who have 0 in-game experience and don't know the game's mechanics or what is and what isn't allowed at towers

just gonna assume I was banned for standing in the flag doorway blocking the entrance like any other intelligent defender has ever done at Sardon's

the worst part about a ban like this is that even if you are unbanned, it will still technically "count against you" and you're more likely to have wrongful bans held against you in the future

A while back Rufus implemented the "Get a Life Program" which tries to help players to get a life. If player A exceeds X amount of hours in a month the system will make up a reason to ban them. These dont stay in a players record since theyre done to help the players out. So the next time you get banned for no reason just remember the server is just helping you out.

I got a warning for disruption when the game didn't load properly once...
Apparently I wound up in a tower and a whole bunch of people reported me...

I think it's just the numbers on how many people report you within a certain timeframe...

Lol you guys think you have it bad? 1. Got banned for not being to be hit from a mile away by a player and that was "hacking" 2. I got warped off map and was typing "unstick me" and then got banned, kid got behind my player and said bad things while I afk'd "banned" Some of the admins can have a grudge against that player or they would be very immature enough to TEST a ban and see how its like. But either way they just don't wanna read it or find that its something that cannot be read to fix your ban which is reasonable but also unfair.
