Belle Island Tower?
 

Anyone noticed the new white building to the right of the garden shop on Belle Island? What is it?

I think of Belle Island as a quaint and tranquil area, putting a tower there would ruin that xD

I don't want belle isle to get ruined i always liked the place cause of it's nature setting.

Not a Hall of Fame... If it is I swear I will destroy whoever came up with the idea. And I doubt it's a chapel, doesn't look like one. It's a nice building though, and I hope they have a good idea for it's use.
