They were released on new years events. Last one to come out was for chinese new year and they are always on new years. You would just buy a bunch from onnet

They're usually sold during holidays, Halloween etc. Who knows they might be sold at Easter!

Sold originally in the memorial shop, they were a special item. They occasionally sell on new years or 4th of july now

It does suck to have to wait for them to come around. I was quite displeased they where not available for the 4th of July last year,but I guess since most of the admins are in other countries I can see why there is no love for Murica. I was happy and relieved to be able to buy some on New years from Onnet tho. I don't see why they cant just throw them in the Red Barn with the weather crystals.
