STOP! (A couple questions about Baddies)
 
Hello I'm sorry if there is already a thread about this, I ran a search and didn't find one.

My first question is: Why on earth do the Baddies say "STOP!", Shouldnt they say "ATTACK!" or something?

Question two: Is it possible to recolor some of them? They don't have to be harder than others just a different color. Example Green in Swamptown, Red near Graal City, Yellow on Balam Isle, ect..

Third and final question: Concerning the three Baddies by the Castle, why can I only attack one of them?

YES! And actually has been mentioned before, sounds good.

Baddies say "STOP!" because they're... telling you to stop. The same reason a police officer will tell you to freeze. The second one is simple, baddies do come in different colors... originally. On PC Graal they came in different colors to indicate their strength. Grey was the easiest, blue was stronger, and red was even stronger. I don't play iClassic, but I imagine they didn't bother with this.

So why not move them somewhere else? There are alot of "dead" areas in game. Also it would be funny if they said "NOOO!!!" when they died or "AVENGE ME!"

I wouldn't mind seeing a baddie on a pogo stick, while juggling a few jump ropes. Might be entertaining.

This makes sense, but I associate the word "STOP!" with quit. They can't say "FREEZE!" because they are not cops they are bad guys. So why not make them say something douche-y like "HALT!"? That would make me want to kill all of them.

There used to be a yellow Baddy by the castle that performed some sort of witchcraft (way back in 2009/early 2010), got removed cause the lightning explosions it spawned were buggy... Also you could kite it back to graal city and it would nuke everyone

"Stop" is the default script given to pre-set baddy NPC's and it's been around forever. I don't see anything wrong with it, at most it shows how stupid the baddies are.
"Attack" sounds like he's commanding a whole army
"Halt!" makes them sound like a civilized knight who says, "Halt, who goes there?". The baddies aren't civilized, they're moron's who don't have a brain.

You could do that because all you have to do is type it in the pre-set script, but the baddies are pretty rough and mean...I would imagine them saying something more like "Dammit" or "See you in hell"
BUT I don't think that would be put on iPhone.

I don't think we need different color baddies. What we need are new baddies. The bats were pretty cool and all, but it would be nice to see some newer baddies. I know they have a lot of different kinds of baddies they just don't use them. Maybe they should add/change baddies around the map so people will have fun killing new enemies. Personally I think they should make a mini dungeon and each room as you advance gets harder with more difficult baddies. Once you defeat all the baddies in each room the door opens and you move on to the next. In the final room they could have a treasure chest with a prize in it. Then you can do it again just for fun.

I agree with this alot.

Brooze, you made some good points they are supposed to be stupid so "HEY!" could be a good replacement for "STOP".
I'm sorry guys I just don't think that word fits them. It's not going to change but we can have some fun here.
What else could they say?

P.S. Stormtroopers say HALT and no thinks of them as smart. Hell they can't hit a spaceship from 20 yards or a group of people in a hallway! Lol

We've actually been working on creating "new" baddies - implementing the Old ones. We had some that we haven't really "released" yet. So now you can try them out in Master Li's Wood's - near MoD Fort. Please let me know what you guys think.


Side Note: The original ones are still in Swamptown.

I would like to see archer baddies and the ones that jump our of the ground. Also, the lizardrons. Cool, I'll check the new ones out.

Wow... the new baddies are cool :) I like how there are blue and red ones. Can you make the blood stuff collectible and like sell one to some guy at the castle for like 2-3 gralats? Just another plea for a 'job'.

The one's near MoD fort are cool it reminds me of PC I say keep them like that XD
