Substitute power in house/gh

You guys have to keep build on this but here's my idea,
It's called Substitute power, because powers are temporary given to another player. The player with the power have rights to do anything in the my house.
How do you give others a power?
Well, it works like the friend list. I add/remove people on my house admin list and they will receive a temporary power for my house.
What powers are they given for temporary?
The player with rights can invite/kick. They can move around furnitures. They can change the option of an furniture.

I wish substitute power could allow them to drag the furniture around like the house keeper. So multiple people can work decorating a nice house.

Substitute power can be useful during house hosted events. Such as fashion show, survival, 2v2 tourney and more. People with substitute power can kick or invite people to the other player's house.

I know it's silly and not necessary, but I would love to have this.

I think that we should be able to add furniture from our own collection to a collective 'guild' house... kinda a curious thing that we can't...

Yes we need this! What if I want to make a maze similar to my friends house? He could just come to my home and add stuff to Make it like his! But what if he's a jerk today and deletes all my furniture? :( then we have a check list to allow players to do a certain thing. And once he moves the furniture you get a message that tells you whether or not you want to keep this design or not. :)

Thats why its changeable. Its no different than powers in guilds. I like this idea cause then you could team build.

I would love this, building and setting up things such as events would be a lot faster with help from friends. Giving them invite/kick power would be extremely helpful when hosting a large event.

I like 4loms suggestion and im purdy sure I suggested it myself before. Where there would be a group house that would allow for shared rights or powers to place,remove,and move each others furniture

adding to this, dusty previously said the issue with the housing system in general was that it was so FUBAR that there was no point working with it anymore, and that 3/4 of the furniture items could just disappear or not work anymore if it was touched...

My suggestion/solution would be to get another type of house all together... a different location (instead of the old house/guild house levels) where many more possibilities are incorporated, TOTALLY SEPARATE from the current housing system... maybe a small island for 100,000 gralats or something?
