Secrets of Grindea - the kind of game I've been looking for!
 

This game looks great and has that Graal-like charm that I've been desiring for some time now. It has some fantastic 2d sprites and graphics, and the combat is swift and reflex oriented. The demo is free to download, and can be completed in about 15 minutes. I haven't bought the beta yet ($15) but I will soon. http://www.secretsofgrindea.com/

I havent played in a bit. I tried delteria when it came out. I was immediately completely unimpressed, and promply uninstalled.
Still poke around the game forum here a bit.

I've played 10hours in one day and my favorite part is the arcade mode, it's really addictive!

Reminds me of Secret of Mana.

Bought the beta release for just under 10 GBP. Arcade mode is so ****ing addictive.
