Pokemon: Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire
 

The Official Pokemon YouTube channel has just released an announcement announcing that there will be two new remakes of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire! Sapphire is my favourite since I first played it when I was very young, and I am so excited to hear it's back! I hope they bring the hideouts and diving back.
It's due to be released worldwide in November, and I for one have been waiting for this for quite a long time.

Not much else information has been released, but I'm sure there will be more to come.

Extremely siked for this! I haven't really liked the old ones and if they stick to the same general plot, and map, I'm sure this will be a phenomenal game.

I would love to see Ruby remade in 3D with the bases and everything since it was my favorite. Overall though not really sure how I feel about a remake.

I want to see Pokemon continuously released forever, just so I can see what kind of names they come up with each generation.

Pretty interesting how they introduced it, I will defiantly get it. I remember their being a reference to alpha and omega in x and y somewhere. I need to hunt it down for clues

Wow, just think, in like 4-5 years we might have Diamond and Pearl remakes, too. It feels like those were only one or two years ago 0.0 But I'll probably stick on Omega Ruby more than anything else for a loooong time.

I hope there aren't going to be the new pokemon (in the wild) in Hoenn. It'll feel too awkward and out of place. It's an island. Flying pokemon I understand, but having other new pokemon in wild means someone introduced these invasive species to the Hoenn ecosystem.
