Go to the doctor if it worries you so much. An internet search of "a bump behind my ear" probably won't do much. It's also not the smartest idea to go to the internet for health issues.

This usually happens when you have a cold or a sore throat. It is very normal, and this area will commonly swell.

Please read up. I do not know all of your symptoms.

Where exactly behind your ear? (Ear lobe or top?)

Sounds highly unlikely a tumor would be growing on your ear.

I Might have it behind the middle of my ear.

Maybe a pimple underneath your skin? I know I've had one of those under my skin on my ear but if you want a better answer be more descriptive or give pictures

Have your ears recently gotten sun burnt? Maybe it's a huge ass blister. I had a blister on my ear a couple days ago because I got burnt really bad after getting a haircut that removed shade from over my ears

Just try waiting it out for a couple days. If it gets worse or painful , ask your parents to schedule a doctor's appointment, because I guarantee that a licensed doctor knows more about that than we do.
