I don't think so. Once a shield is uploaded to Graal, they don't own the shield anymore, but I'm not familiar with iClassic's rules.

But since you have to pay gralats to use a different shield (afaik) , it will be your unique shield...

On official Graal there has never been a personalisation of items (except for a few servers in the later decades), all things were free to use.

Though I remember back when the original owners (refino heat/blookat/etc), who had their graphics uploaded in the server they wanted it to be on, complained on other servers to have their graphics removed if someone else had them uploaded... but that is not an issue anymore on Graal I think... so you might aswell just use the original and reupload it 1:1

If you can ask the creator for permission, that is best. If you cannot, then I do not think they would be too controlling of it to let it go. I think, strictly speaking to the ToS, all of those graphics become a sort of public domain when used on Graal.

In seriousness, if you are talking about stealing a public shield, lol theres no point in that to begin with, unless you were wanting to edit it.
If you are talking about stealing a private personal shield, I think thats more rude than stealing a head seeming as with shields you are actually able to choose between public/private. Honestly, private shields and swords should be removed (or lower price to 1000) since they can be stolen just as easily as heads.

Stefan will get his underaged staff to learn how to find ips then find you, they'd go to your school and be friends with you. Once they've accomplished of becoming your best friend in the next 3 years they are gonna tell you to come in a alleyway. Once you go since you have a lot of trust in them, the whole crew is gonna gang up on you and throw eggs at you while they stuff aunt jemima's pancake batter into your mouth. Then they'll take you to NARNIA and force you to work for them and for narnia's army. If you do not do so, you will be taken hostage and threaten narnia's enemies "alumni" and tell them that you're apart of alumni and will be killed if they do not give up their wand of mischief. Then you will be stabbed with a long toenail to show that they are not joking. You will then be stolen from alumni and train to fight against NARNIA. The leader of alumni "thallen" will provide you food, shelter, and training. The war is in 14 more days but his wounds from the toenail stabbing still bother you. Thallen says " a brave warrior must never let his pains get the best to him." And then thallens 2nd best warrior aguzo says " pshh this kid ain't that good for the alumni army." " he isn't even proven worthy!" Thallen says " please aguzo he is apart of our country, his father David was a warrior in alumni way before you were. He wasn't the best when we met him, but when he fought for alumni he was a psycho. Aguzo says " ehh." The boy who stole the shield goes " I don't care if you think I'm weak, I will fight for what I want best." Even thou the kid who stole the shield never really met alumni he considered them family. The next 14 days the kid who stole the shield had been training, it is now war time.
The kid who stole the shield walks with alumni warriors and goes face to face with Stefan. Stefan says " haha it's all over now buddy." The kid who stole the shield says " your game may be addicting, but like all games you will come to an end."
And that's what happens when you steal a shield.

ive stolen many shields and nothing has ever happened. you should try doing your own its not that hard and its actually fun when you create something you like.
