When I see police in real life I just keep doing what I'm doing because:

1. They wouldn't have anything to do with me.
2. I'd be asking for trouble by running, which is totally stupid.
3. I'd look like an idiot if I did anything else on your list...

Nothing, because I did nothing... still get a little nervous around them for some reason.

I always feel like I did something awful, I try to act inconspicuous.

I would be polite as I usually am.

Remember; always call them Officer, and if they ask you to recite the alphabet backwards, tell them you can't normally do it.

I get really quiet and move away slowly.
