Squad Pic Gif
 

I've been wondering about this for a while. I've even made an in-game forum post about it but didn't get any helpful replies. How do we do it? how do we upload a GIF as a squad pic? I've been wanting to do this for a while now. I've tried everything. Changing file type, resize file, etc. but nothing seems to work. I know you can do this so don't tell me you can't. A squad called "Australia", own by Gunderak have a GIF squad picture. Well. That's your evidence that it's possible. Now, how to do it? If someone know, please post below! Thanks.

Well, you can't. And he added that GIF picture back when there were no file type regulations, because it has been the same for a very long time. I'm sure this was implemented to prevent lag and decrease the amount of usage the Pictures used beforehand. When files such as PNG and GIFs were allowed.

He was staff, I'm sure they can manually add them

Apparently you can change the .gif to .jpeg by renaming and it sends through and some how works... or so I have been told. I am not sure though... If we see squads with them we usually remove it.

If a file is .gif, it doesn't appear in document when you upload. Idk but that's how it is for me. Even after I rename it to .jpeg.
