Graal Kingdoms Clan Admin Application

Graal Kingdoms is currently hiring a Clan Administrator in preparation for our release to Facebook. This position will serve an important role in our community as you will be interacting with many new players on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, previous PR experience, and high availability.

Applications must be completed in as much detail as possible and should be submitted to [email protected].

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older to apply
• The application must be neatly formatted and should consist of both questions and answers
• The subject of your email should be GK- Clan Admin Application <AccountName>
• The application must be submitted on or before August 9, 2014.

Questions:

• What is your account name and nickname?
• What is your time zone and how many hours will you commit to the job per day?
• Have you ever held a staff position? If so, briefly explain where you worked, how long you held the job, and why you left.
• What makes you the best candidate for this position?
• Provide an example of when you had a conflict with another player or staff member. How did you handle the situation and what did you learn from this experience?

What exactly is a clan admin? Is it like a FAQ? Is it like being a leader of a Kingdom?

Hello,

we introduced Clans on GK, similiar to Gangs on Era I would say. In the future we will have clan activities aswell, so a Clan Admin will be the responsible staff for dealing with Clan issues. He/She will make sure every Clan is doing fine, and in the future also host the Clan Activities.

So basically like a Player Relations/Graal Police, that specializes in dealing with issues relating to clans, and then the clan activities(assuming this is like events, but clan based)?

Mihaly is the Gang Admin on iEra so I guess you can ask him about some info about the job. I'd assume it has the same responsibilities

Yeah, I was just curious as I never heard about such a position before.

I'm looking forward to the new Graal Kingdoms, but I don't plan on applying for a position at this time.
