Shortage of bugs
k, not sure if its glitch, but there hasnt been a lot of grasshoppers or ladybugs seen in the map since last night. Confirmed it with a few other people. I have not seen a single ladybug or grasshopper, but I did find 4 mantises this morning.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed. ty, that s all. edit: the butterfly population seems to have not changed though. So butterflies r good, its just the grasshoppers n ****. |
I think that's what you call Fall. Although it would be a little early.
|
ooo thanks. But how come the butterfly and mantis population are not affected?
edit: the probability of finding a mantis seems to be consistent... I have caught another two and seen a few other players catch some too, but have not seen any grasshoppers or ladybugs |
The first 10 seconds of logging on I caught a Mantis.
|
ya, ive already established that the mantis and butterfly population are not affected. i was talking bout grasshoppers and ladybugs
|
I'm saying I think spawn rates have been increased for specific bugs.
|
yeah i've noticed the bugs are weird but there has been a giant increase in the mantis population but I got a decrease in butterfly population at the oasis though. Hmmmmmm…
|
New bug season started September 1st. Fireflies are added. Spiders SHOULD have been added but weren't. Grasshoppers are gone. Dragonflies are gone. I thought mantises were gone until I saw the odd one here and there (so I guess their spawn rate was reduced, although personally I think they're bugged. Because they seem to be spawning more in a few select areas). I didn't notice it but I guess ladybugs are gone too?
Certain bugs only come out certain seasons (there's 4 three month seasons). Fall and winter are the slowest bug seasons (for logical reasons). |
