A couple suggestions regarding Statues

Please add a "lock statue" checkbox to player statues, so that no one (including the owner) can grab it. Yes, you can set it to "owner only", but if I so much as accidentally grab a statue, I just lost the person who last touched it (and in some cases these are people who you can't just simply ask to come back and grab the statue again).

It's similar to locking gralats from everyone. I currently have a section of statues in my house, and I'm always a little nervous when I'm near them. I would also like to see a similar option for hat displays.

Now, onto my second request. Could we have an option for statues that essentially "locks" them after a single person grabs said statue? This could be very useful for, say, mazes, where you simply want to see the first person to grab the statue.

One more thing. It would be nice if we could set an option where a single person can only grab one statue (assuming there's multiple statues in the area/room), as opposed to them being able to grab every statue in the house (and some houses have a lot).

I love the recent update in which double-clicking a statue brings up the player's profile. I think these few changes/additions that I've suggested would work well with that, and further improve upon an already awesome furniture item.

Doesn't the "Lock Furniture" command (in the furniture inventory menu, bottom right) accomplish your first/second request? I do understand where you're coming from, and the implications of your requests, but it might be a little tricky for them to do...

Notice how the vast majority of furniture items only have 2-3 toggles/inputs...

No. Locking furniture only prevents your pesky little finger from moving a piece of furniture by accident.

It does not prevent the owner, who has a statue, from changing it by accident if it was to be touched. The complications are nothing to worry about at this current stage.

I like your idea. Narcosis

Yeah, my latter suggestions would be moot point if they were to add a guest book furniture item. The idea is to see who got to a certain spot first.

I did think of another idea that may work as an all-in-one solution to my problems. Give the statue a "history" menu (that can only be accessed by the owner) that shows the last, say, 10 people who grabbed it (in order), and the option to "reset" the statue to one of the people who previously grabbed it. And it would only keep track of a particular player once (the first time) in the case of 2 people repeatedly grabbing the statue over and over. Even if said player changes outfits, it would only show the one they wore when they first grabbed it. Basically, it would just keep track by profiles.

Now, if being able to "recall" a previous player's outfit is too complex, the "statue history" could merely keep track of the profiles of people who previously touched it (again, in order), and you guys could instate a locking feature like I previously mentioned. That way the statue furniture item only has to remember profiles, and not outfits too.

In the mean time, you have a few options for 'goals' that I've found...
One is the hat stand. If you want you could place a hat on it and have the first person to reach the goal grab the hat... might work best if no one was wearing hats in the first place!
Also, you could use a balloon holder. I did this with success last xmas when I made my own home-brew mini games to give away gifts. I put the balloon on the holder, and then set a timer. If the lucky player got to the balloon and replaced it on the opposite stand within the time limit, they got a gift!

Just a couple ideas. Also, with the "Bell" item at the school, there are a bunch of ideas that come to mind...!
