Hey everyone, in a few days, trick or treating (or maybe something similar this year) starts! Lots of the NPC's have already gotten into the Halloween mood and dressed up, so I thought I would give a list of all the trick or treating locations! I think I covered everything, if you find a mistake, or have something to add, just say in the comments below. Enjoy!

Near and around MoD Town
Waar's Shack (The bird on the first floor)
Dozer's Mansion (First floor and third floor, left room)
MoD Guild Council (All rooms have 1-2 trick or treaters)
Red Dragon Inn (Girl at front desk)

Near and around Onnet Town
Onnet Bar (Behind the bar counter)
Juno's House (First room near counter)
East of Onnet General Store (Man sitting on the bench in front of the statue)

Graal City
Information Kiosk (Desk at the front)
Zol's Pub (Near the back of the building in front of the counter)
King of RPS place (Two people sitting at the tables, one behind the counter)
Elandy's Love Shack (Back of the building, man sitting on the chair)
Mafukie's House (At the very back, man sitting on the chair)
Christian's Shop (All the zombies behind the counters)

Angel Clan
Mandi's Mansion (Man near the back of the building)

Delta Island
Man in front of the fence outside Delta Garden shop

Near and Around SwampTown
Gemini's House (Behind the counter)
Council of Elders (Everyone in PoweRanger suits)
Golden gate (Man just in front of it)

Balamb Island
Man at the end of the docks.
Man sitting on the bench in the 'two way entrance garden'.
Man near farming area with the orange witch hat on.

Miscellaneous
The Red Lamp Inn (Located south of castle, six trick or treaters in there)
The Zone (Zombie behind the counter)
The Fan (Zombie behind the counter)
Master Li's Dojo (Three people on the first floor in masks)

Deadwood
Man near 'The Hauntary' at the arrow and bomb booth.

What I see is a list of NPC's that have always dressed up around halloween. It was already said that this years halloween event will probably be different; a recent news post hints towards such as well.

Yes, well, I did say that there was probably going to be a similar event this year. However, the NPC's must still serve a purpose, or else they would not have dressed them up. There were also some new ones added this year I think as well, so I just decided to put them into one big list. I am guessing it will be something to do with the players house, and maybe once the entire server has reached a certain amount of something, that gauge in the Elder Council will fill up and unlock something, either that or it is a player achievement/mini quest.

It most likely will, but it will probably be tweaked a bit. The news post implies this.
