This guy is really mean with a girl who is in my guild, i report him 2 times and the guild members report him too, but admins didnt do anything, why?

Majority of players on Graal are English speakers only. Don't expect to be able to find many people that can translate, so staff won't bother with him. Besides, sempai is too slow anyways.

I know that, but then why my guild can do with this kind of people who only insult us? What about with the community who talk spanish only?
I mean this is so unfair because people like this can do wherever they want and without a problem whit get banned or something

Graal has had problems since it released, corrupt staff members, using graalian to earn money for themselves not returning the favor to the people who has been their since to beginning. Staff are horribly trained and have no right to the servers so if people curse in Spanish then it's the staff fault for not singling out people like this. Most staff are incapable of handling their job besides a few.

So.. How does one convert graalians to money?

It's unrealistic of an expectation. There are more than just Spanish players, we can't have a GP for each language, and Google translate isn't always reliable... and more importantly--it's time consuming.

There are measures being taken to deal with other languages, but players should realize the limitations here.

The people who make money. they use us where like graals dummies they make stuff more expensive so we spend $10 on a lazy 27500 when i can earn 420k in a one and half months,but graal is penny pinching us from our money soon i will start from $10 then $20 then $60 then $160 and so forth just so we buy their stuff

Then are you trying to say if we dont know speak english and another guy with a different language (in this case spanish) came and start to annoying us we can just block that person and thats all?

What about if this person just chase us (like this case) and keep killing us and keep saying bad words?

You just have to live with it. Graal is largely a majority of English speakers with little to no knowledge of another language. People also need to stop being so oversensitive and cry to a GP at the first mention of "madre est puta."

Well, you wouldn't see the bad words so they'd just be a PKer. Not saying this is the ideal solution, but it is definitely something you yourself can do.

Delteria has a spanish and a Portuguese swear filter so that might be a possibility.

Block and kick him from the guild. Problem solved.
