Facebook/Mobile has no terms of agreement

Graal has not Terms of agreement on the Facebook/Mobile version. Graal has no right to tell you that the PC version of graal is the rules for idevice graal and FB graal. Most people don't have the right to play the PC downloaded version making it hard for people too know what they are doing wrong or right in a game. If graal online classic for idevice and facebook have no rules and agreements then the server is legally to allow anything to happen. if you agree please replay. I got banned because i dated and admin and we broke up. she banned me for 2170hrs around their 90 days

Actually, the terms and agreements on the official GraalOnline website should apply to all servers Cyberjoueurs owns through the GraalOnline system. I agree that it is not made well-known, but upon looking through the information on the Apple App and Google Play Stores, I have found a link to the "developer's website" which directs you to graalonline.com, the official site (for all servers, not just "PC version"). Here, you can find the User Agreement page I've linked above. Note that the copyright stretches to 2014- website is not outdated.

However, receiving a ban from a staff member for a reason like you've mentioned shouldn't go unnoticed. Send your message to GraalOnline support; it would be better received there as this site cannot actually take action on the matter. I hope things get sorted out!

Last Updated: January 01, 2003 the time they last updated it

But there for they don't clearly state it and don't have you agree to it.Stating it on a website does not make it illegal to break the rules because we are accepting the rules. and yes if you check out my video on youtube she hate's and banned me and blocked me every application you communicate on.

Actually i won't be getting unbanned because Xor stated to me i will not lift your ban for harassing a staff member, but when all i was doing is stating they where wrong for banning me and that the graals terms and agreement are not public for the servers and we did not accept them.

I was banned for being afk in graal city for inappropriate behavior then while i was banned playing xbox it said intentionally scamming someone and now it says multiple bans and idk why

They did not update it since the FB/Idevice application came out so it does not apply to the app version.

strangely enough, I wouldn't even doubt you're telling the truth
the leader of CoM managed to convince some admin that it was "sexual harassment" for me to PK her guild, girls are crazy on this game

Unfortunately, that isn't how things work. All newer servers must follow original terms and agreements. This is true for anyone who builds his or her own server as well.

Yeah, but they have not updated and it does not state for any future created graal server based game should follow these rules. They specifically state have it for the pc version. Graal does not state it for any other application of graal.

You're 100% right i got banned first for being inappropriate for afking in graal city. Then got banned for something else then i got banned again while i was banned and i didn't just get banned it got banned first time once. then i got banned 3hrs later for two more things.

Yeah we need this. we have to check the terms of agreement before we can start the game. I hope to do the same on Custom graphic upload page. We have to enforce the rules for this game. Otherwise it's not getting any where.

I only think like 4 people in the world have ever read a ToS, but like I said before, the rules of the game need to be more clear: http://www.graalians.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24441

vagueness really gives admins a lot of control over silly bans

Actually no, when the page was last updated proves nothing in terms of what it applies to. It never "specifically stated that it is for the pc version" because it was last changed on the website over 6 years before any server was released that wasn't on the original PC client. The statement would be redundant. That being said, iClassic, iEra, Delteria and the lot are actually available on the original PC client either for general public or hidden and only able to be connected to by staff members. Not only are the mobile servers part of the same game owned by a single company and labelled with the same terms and agreements page, but they are actually hosted on the client that all GraalOnline servers are hosted on, which is to say that all servers hosted on the client are under the influence of the same ruleset.

But to stay on topic, yes the rules are too difficult to find to properly enforce. IMO, either a link should be posted or rules transcribed somewhere more accessible to mobile players, since they do not go through the main website to create an account; it is done automatically.

I agree with this.
