Help! my friend has a problem!
Hello, my friend (Jesse (Sanction)) Has big problem.
He said he has purchased a gralat pack, and the gralats did not appear. I asked if he had proof, he said he has a receipt for it. I told him to conact a memeber of staff (none were on, or none replied) He then messaged me "I can sue for consumer right laws, and im ready to." Please help admins. Thanks, Zerox |
You're supposed to mail them, not pm a staff member and expect them to handle it

"Please follow the instructions in the Shop help menu. You have to send the receipt email to [email protected]. Sorry for these problems." is what we tell people in this situation. He actually messaged me about it and I told him what to do. However, I think he was upset that it wasn't being dealt with right away. If he follows these instructions he should get his gralats back.

You can email an admin to handle this situation but i doubt anything will happen with a pm also go to the site menssioned by brick it also helps |
Tell him to go back into the shop, select the gralat pack he purchased, and just wait (don't click to buy it again, just wait a minute or two). This is a super old fix to this problem, but believe it or not, it still works.
Just be sure he tries this before suing anyone.. |
