360 Login Error
 

Ok this thing is really starting to piss me off.
Anyone that has an xbox should eventually get a "Security Cheak-In," which basically makes you enter your email & password for your xbox live account to sign in.

Well, I just got my 360 back after two months from moving process and decided to log in. Turns out I can't because apparently my password is wrong? I'm pretty certain it's correct. I spent atleast two hours now trying to change my email to it, my passwords, everything. I've tried multiple passwords and emails to log in but nothing works. I'm pretty damned if I have to make a new account because that's 2 years of playing down the drain.

Has this happened to anyone before? I've tried looking up videos, steps, suggestions but nothing has worked.

Anyone have any ideas.. ? + Rep to whoever actually gives me an answer that works.

I looked at a forum site with the same problem and one person fixed it by clearing their storage cache. Have you tried that yet?

Yes I just tried that. I actually saw that on youtube, but it had no success..

hmm, i had a similar problem on xbox one. did you have caps that your forgetting about?

I don't think so. I tried all the passwords I could remember that I would use. nothing seemed to work. I think it has to do with a problem with the email address.

I had the same problem, I entered my password with its capitals, somehow it changes to lowercase letters..

Have you tried this yet? It's not permanent, but it might let you access your account settings and see what the issue is there.

This might sound pitiful.. but I need to get some batteries for my second controller. (lol, fail.)

But I have hope in this one and will try it immediately when I get them. :P
