So apparently Maple Story 2 is a thing.

I dunno, the only thing I really liked about Maple Story was that it was 2D. Being a 2D platforming MMO was what made it totally unique and an interesting concept. This...this is just boring. Ah well. What are y'alls thoughts?

The only thing standable about Maplestory was that it was 2D.

Edit: After watching the preview I have come to the conclusion that this game will turn kids autistic.

At least the art style is the very similar to the first one, fun and uplifting.

But Something about the 3d just looks very... overdone. I don't know how exactly to put it.

But it looks interesting nonetheless, and if it's free to play, I wouldn't mind giving it a go.

I've actually been following this quite a bit beforehand. There is a class with a minigun. Haven't stopped wanting this since I learned of that.

A friend of mine loves Maplestory.
I don't think he's a fan of the sequel.

It definitely won't beat the first.

MS was cool when it was first released but it got boring fast. Another typical Asian grind fest.

looks fun asf. if i reach my goals in the maplestory 1 and the dragon nest. ill look forward to play it or i can wait for the american version to come out.
