Bases bruh.

Yes, bases are probably your best bet. Not only are they frequently filled with people willing to fight you, but occasionally people in bases will have bounties auto-placed on them for having streaks or taking points. It's only small cash, but it really shouldn't be your focus here. Your focus should be to have fun.


Also, don't forget to gather up some friends and make a small gang or something. Otherwise you'll be easily overwhelmed.

Yeah bases are definitely the best, there isn't enough people to scatter PK like in Era/Classic. The people in bases are really bad too, me and this one guy held a base from 6 members of Godsu for a while and I got like 300 PKs lmao.

I usually look for people cutting plants, lol - then stab them to death with my dual knives( I have received a lot of hate from this)

These people just don't know how to handle guns with freeze.
A lot of them are used at Era, where they can spam with minimal vulnerability.
Ol West requires you to time your shots a lot better.

When (and if) the walk speed gets increased, they'll really be hurtin'.

Yeah- Bases are probably your best bet.

My only complaint about OW bases is that they're making the same mistake in the designs as Era did.

The LATs seem to be focusing more on "how it looks" than "how it will be played".
It's usually just one narrow hallway after another-- hardly any room to dodge bullets.

I was hoping they wouldn't continue this bad habit on OW, but looks like they're still stuck on being Martha Stewart LATs.

I think they're under the impression that this is just how bases are supposed to be done.
Somebody needs to show them the right way to do it.

Yo everybody, since olwest is free on droid, I decided to give it a go.
went to the spar trolling 4-1 on them players with my starter pistol. The optimisation is really well done and controls feels smoother than iera.
anyways @meph @toshi, what gun is the most similar to the starter pistol in terms of movement? Im an exclusive sparrer y'already know

As for the game itself, guns look very balanced, hope you got some more rights on here compared to era, meph. But as DK said somewhere, this isnt the true Olw.

Hey Ozzy, welcome back anyways.

I recommend using one Snubnose pistol, Throwing Axe, Furious Feather< I use these guns only, at spar.

Bases are not always the best places to pk, i commonly pk outside of Trainstation as there always seems to be a constant influx of new players seeding who go about the same way even after they die
