Is there a free VPS with root acces? I never used one with root acces and I want to test one first because they arent cheap :c

You can mess around with a digitalocoean vps and pay by the hour. That's probably the best offer for "messing around." Or just use virtual box for free.

Digital Ocean with a $10 coupon, which enough to run their $5 plan for 2 months 24/7 or if you only use it for an hour at a time and destroy it when you done you could easily stretch it out for months.

Amazon Web Services is also pay by the hour and pretty cheap. I've never really used them before. I use digitalocean.
