Okay, so this isn't about massive cost of items in Era, but more likely lag.
So first I'll state how this happened. I was in the auction room and I bought a Graalats pack (3) and it said purchase successful! The I went back to game and I didn't receive any money, or the message that pops up as soon as you buy it. So I have no money in game, and in my balance. This has happened 3 times now over a period of 3 weeks. Will I be reimbursed or will they tell me to wait until I have good connectivity? :(

I remember this happened to me bro I have a android so I just sent a message to them about it and they looked into it. Their should be receipts in your email after purchase send it to iTunes support and they will give all your money back.

This happened to me. I sent my purchase history to Unixmad and he gave me the Gralats himself.

I sent in like 7 messages to numerous admins and the feedback system. No response in every try :(

Haha, this happened to me a while back, I just did a charge back on my card. No need wasting my time filing out forms when the game doesn't work, I always chargeback whenever it doesn't work.

Idk if you're using a credit card to pay but if you are, you might be able to do the same too.


My bank knows I'm not lying since I use my business credit card for mostly everything nowadays, so it always goes through. Then again I don't even buy gralats unless I'm too lazy to hustle for shells.

Another reason I don't pay real money for graalats. I play Ol' West now though so money isn't an issue.

been hearing about that, downloaded it on my Note 3, still lags like Era...yea I'm not wasting my time on two things -_-

and it has Factions? lol...I don't even know

Mine doesn't lag bad, but I'm saying I don't have to use real money because money is easier to get on Ol West than Era in my opinion. I got enough to money for a custom in my first 20 hours of playing.

And yea the factions thing is really odd. Not even sure what the true point to it is.
