Hello everyone, lately I have seen many questions being asked about Christmas gifting, so today, I thought it would make a detailed guide on Christmas and gifting. In this guide I will be discussing all the things you need to know about gifting. Enjoy! If you have any questions, personally PM me or comment below.

Prices

The prices in the past few years have always been the same. 400 for a regular and 800 for a super. However, last year the prices went up by 100 gralats for each gift. Hopefully, they will lower them back down this year.

Categories

There are two main types of gifts. Super and Regular.

Super gifts contain items such as...Juggles, Pogos, Mounts, Morphs, Hats and Jump Ropes.

Regular gifts contain other items which cannot be used to customize your character, these include...Eggnog, Candy, Food, Furniture and Gralats (100-499).

There are 4 main categories in the gifting system, Cute, Smart, Tough and Cool. The categories determine which themed hat you will get, lets say I get a Cute gift, I will probably get some more feminine, like a pink bow hat.

Best Way to Receive Gifts

There are many ways to get gifts this season, here are a few.

Create a Gift List
Gift lists are very helpful with planning out on who you are gift for gifting. You can put gift lists in your status, on Instagram or Facebook and in your house

People will then ask if they can be added because they will see that you are gift for gifting. This is a good way of choosing which gift you want.

Creating Noob Accounts
If you wish to get a few more gifts without having to waste your money on your main account, you can create noob accounts to do so. Create 3 different emails and identify various accounts with them, then do Pyrats up until gifting starts. Once you have done this, gift your main account, how easy is that?

Helping People Out
If you help someone out, they could gift you afterwards, however, this is also a very unreliable way of receiving presents. If they don't gift you back, you can always ask for a gift because you gave up your time to assist them. Not only will you get a gift, you will feel happy because you helped someone out!

Gift Random People
Sometimes, if you gift random people, they will gift you back, however, this is a very bad way of getting gifts and is proven to not work very well.

When Does Gifting Start and End?

Gifting usually starts 3 days before Christmas and ends early on Christmas day. If you are one of those people, you can stock up on gifts and charge people for more once you can longer by gifts to earn a profit. You are normally able to open your gifts late on Christmas day. You can still gift people for a few hours after the stores close.

Do's and Dont's

1. Do not scam! This will result in many people disliking you and being upset!
2. Never lie to get gifts! This can include telling people you are sick or it's your birthday, that is just low.
3. Make sure you save up a good 60-80k if you want to get a good amount of items.
4. Make sure you thank people for giving you a gift!
5. Don't be greedy, Christmas time can bring out the worst in people.

Making noob accounts and profiting… isn't really the right thing to do...

If you like to gift yourself, I don't see why not.

You forgot to say "Merry Christmas" for Do's.

So you can't start gifting until december 20th...?

Plot twist: no gifting this year.

Isnt there a way that they prevent 2nd accounts or noob account from gifting other account with the same ip. I dont know if thats true, however I do remember hearing something about that last year.

I say keep the prices the same, supply and demand.
And no don't make noob accounts, if you use the same ip address you won't get any good gifts by gifting yourself.

Would laugh so hard if they did something different this year and you just typed all that up for nothing

So i cant get a hat in a regular? Lol last time my brother gifted me a super and a regular, i put them to one side, when i opened them i both got a hat.
I belive that regular has a lower chance for items and bigger chance for the other stuff, and supers have a bigger chance of getting mounts etc...

Or Coco made a thread asking for people to submit hats and other items for gifts in the 4 categories that have been here every year.

Wouldnt u get a super gift to get an item like : disco ball?

Don't bother making other accounts to gift yourself, last year I gifted myself 20supers and got gralats from all of them.
