New Years Resolution?

2015 is around the corner and I'd say 2014 has been a year full of hits and misses. Well to start off my New Years Resolution is to better myself physically and mentally for any upcoming years. As well as being more open and communicative with my family. I wish you all a Happy New Year and enjoy yourselves today :D What is your New Years Resolution?

I'm hoping to work out more this year. I've had this nuisance of a medical issue that prevented me from doing a lot of things I wanted to do this year.

Exact same as him haha, luckily for me we have a workout room in our house so it makes easier for me to achieve.

I also plan on spending more time doing archery and at some point I'll be modifying my compound bow to look similar to the one from Legend Of Zelda.

This is my list so far:
  • Do more with friends
  • Transcendence 1K
  • Reach 8.4 on the beep test
  • Study more
  • Run every second day
  • Be more committed to what I do
  • Eat healthier
  • Be positive towards myself and don't beat myself up when I don't reach a goal.
  • Learn something new (as in a skill) every month.

I don't know. I go to the gym every day so I don't think there's much I need to work on there. I definitely have to eat healthier... probably balance my meals because I usually just have bananas/yogurt/liquids for breakfast and lunch and have actual food for dinner.

Maybe eat healthier, but I'd be kidding myself if I actually thought that was going to happen.

My new years resolutions never come to fruition, so this year I'm skipping the sham that are NY resolutions.

Try to be a much happier and nicer person.

New Years resolutions doesn't last that long
