expanded feedback system?

wassup dudes. i'll annoy u with another topic today.

feedback system. there's nothing really wrong.
but it'd be cooler if we can specify more into different topics.
one for suggestions, one for complaints and one for glitches.
I don't really write anything on feedback other than suggestions.
I just end up forgetting about all the complains or glitches I found before.

Feedback Sections:

Suggestions - obvious, u write any suggestions for the game.

Complaints - if u have personal complains about the game, but u don't really wanna report somebody for this, u just write it here.

Glitches - any errors, glitches u find that must be fixed right away. u write here.

Extra suggestion: display my graal id in Identify section instead of feedback section?

Have you like... ever received (EVER) a reply from feedback?

I think it would be awesome if we got some kind of response first. Then all that other stuff can be thought of. So far I have yet to see it DO anything other than (most likely) annoy whoever is checking it?

Sardon 01-17-2015 12:57 PM

good
Admins do this right now *wips*

Lol i never received a response from feedback. But I don't expect them to do it, b/c they will get like 500 feedbacks a day and if they reply it back, they will get another 300 feedbacks asking why or how.

Just a new thought. A button for help? noobs desperately need help. this is a real time multiplayer game. Under certain condition, people can help each other out and also get to know a new person.

How does this work?
A player who needs a help sends a request through menu. The other player who wants to help also turn on their helper mode on the menu. It will show when you are up next. When you are up, helper can see what you wrote and the player name with face on the top. At the bottom u have three options, back(exit), help, next(ignore). If you press next, the player who needs a help will be asked by another helper right away. // Going back to first option, if u press help, u can start a chat with him. There's a button for a warp. (Only works on certain places) If u get warped, u can talk to him face to face. If you are done, just go to menu and press done.

Who can help?
So whoever has more than 1000 hours.
They can either ask/help other players.
Why 1000 hours? After 1000 hours most people have a general knowledge of what to do.

Who can ask?
Any graal players. U don't have to be noob to ask, but I'm 100% sure there's many people out there that needs small help with something. U can only ask 5 times a day. Just to prevent people from abusing it.

What do u get for helping?
You shouldn't get rewards from helping others. But this would help people on Graal be more active. So there is a simple survey after this. U can just go back to (menu->help->player assistant) then press done. The system will ask you 'was it helpful? yes or no' if u press yes, the other player will get a small token, if u press no, u get nothing. U can write a reason why it was/wasn't helpful. It would go to their PM.

Extra options?
U can add a topic section, for spar, tower, general help, quest. But this won't segregate you from queuing line. It would be one long queue line waiting for help.
U can add a language. This also won't segregate you from queuing line, but bit of extra info. if u can't speak english, maybe people who can speak your language can help you.
Report button, if the player is asking something sexual, scamming related, unnecessary(spam). U can report it and admins can take a look at it.

It will be a bunch of trolls who have AFK'd there hours and/or people who have next to no knowledge of how this game works.

So if the person has no knowledge whatsoever and didn't help with ur question u press 'no' in the survey. They don't get any rewards. How simple is that?

I just wanna add on to this idea, how about a building that makes us place feedbacks that havent been done, like a ticket system where you drop it in the slot. Then they could always run back to that building and see the feedbacks the players have and implement them on the server if they like the ideas.

Seņor Albonio 01-18-2015 09:58 AM

They should add a test and if you pass it you'll be able to help people.
Not like those 100hr kids with "Ask me graal related questions" because if you ask them a question like "Where's the pets only area?" they will go full ****** by claiming there's never been one -.-

Howl 01-18-2015 10:07 AM

I'd make it 2,500-3,000 hours @Zet

They are the real veterans.

Neil 01-18-2015 10:13 AM

Or having a hat that shows you've been playing since at least early 2013..

Xenthic 01-19-2015 02:35 PM

Feedback is pointless I don't think staff even read it.
