Got banned for something I didin't do!
 

Hey guys, LeNoobicus here. I got banned. Let me tell you my story..!
One day,I and 2pro4u played some guild spar..We got on to a guild,then waited for our turn.. then what I didin't notice was 2pro4u,my cousin was godmode hacking! then he kept on hacking untill they messaged a moderator. then he said kill me,and the opposing guild won. I was glorified that e stopped hacking..But the damage has been done. We both got banned! for a whopping 2.1k hours. I myself had been enraged with him,for getting me banned. But he deserved the ban But why did I get included in the ban?! I know its guild spar or something,But why in Posis name did I get included?! What should i tell toonslab about this issue? UGGH..:'(

I believe too that your ban won't get lifted... You should of stopped him in the first place

I have two questions:
1. Why didn't you kick him as soon as you realized he was hacking?
2. Were you two playing in the same IP address?

To see whether it was an IP ban or not, re-download Graal, see if you are still banned, you're ip banned. And what to do is (you may get banned for ban evasion) unplug your router...

As Colin said, go to Support.Toonslab.com and tell them the whole story. However, you could try contacting one of the higher ranked staffs in-game and see whether they will do something about it. It would increase the chances of solving this problem.

Literally, every time somebody says their family member was hacking and got them banned they're probably bull****ing and just don't want to look guilty.

You getting IP banned is your problem for not stopping your "cousin" or whatever from hacking.

That's exactly the same as those kids who curse at admins and claim their sibling did it, false and annoying.
