Areas in need of improvement
 

Ok I know I quit, but I am going to give some tips anyways. First off, Ol' West is way too empty. The main reason this is happening is because nothing is actually fun (no offense). You guys created a bunch of jobs, didn't bother improving it much, then moved onto even more jobs that had many flaws. Stop thinking about creating new jobs and landscapes. Finish the Events Shop, create new guns, new weapons and new goals to strive for. All I do on Ol' West when I am on is mine a bit, then gets boring, so I go bug catch, but i have way more graalats than is needed, then I look for players to spar, but most of the time there are none. And every like 3 hours and admin comes along and hosts a COUPLE events. I trust you guys to make Ol' West fun in the future, but right now, by the time it is really fun, no one would be playing it anymore except for a bunch of newbies who don't know what a fun graal game is. Each time I go on Facebook to play era, I check how many monthly players there are on Ol' West. Guess what? Within a month, the monthly player count decreased from 8100 to 6900...This just goes to show how many people are quitting. So ya, this has been my little paragraph on improvement in Ol' West. By the way, the map is way too big, the map is bigger than Era's map and the player count in Ol West is a speck of dust compared to era...

Sorry if this was a bit too much criticism but I feel like it is needed. I don't hate, I just want to let you know how an Ol' West player (myself) feels about all this.

I know Xenice will be coming here and post this but I guess I got here before him. :p

You expect too much out of a server that just released. Compared to most servers that have just hit the block they're making good progress, but they can only go at a certain pace. The rest is up to you and what patience you have.

Also, Era and Ol' Wests maps are the exact same. Considering Ol' West was fashioned as Era in the western days. (Which I personally think is a pretty foolish idea, but whatever.) They're the exact same size, Ol' West just seems more...empty.

I've not been on for a while - been busy.

Era and Ol' West maps are NOT the same...Era has water on bottom left and right, Ol' West fills up all those areas....

The reason why Ol' West seems so empty is because there are way too little players, most of the good players quit, so only noobs that don't know how fun Era and other servers are, there is nothing to do, the map is too big, all the ideas are cheesy and originate from other games (quote: ShizGodsu said gang wars...that is pretty much clash of clans). I suggest you guys do some research on the old west days...cuz that may help with new "good ideas". Don't judge me, I just have high expectations on my entertainment

Have you taken into consideration that the fact is that this game has only been released after a few months? Give it some time to build it's way up. It's not like Era and Zone that has been released for over a few years already. And second thing is, this isn't like some kind of famous gaming companies like Capcom or Nintendo that has already spend a few years developing the final result of every game. This is an Online game like Maplestory and Team Fortress, which has been developing new contents and it never stops until it is bound to be. And this isn't one of the games that has stopped development. So dude, give it some time.

Yes the event shop is blocked off because of a duplication bug HW discovered. It will be fixed this week.

Duplicating weapons in the shop?

Yes. Sometimes when event items were purchased, it added 2 to the player.

But u can't trade them right? So in a way it dint matter just like my two pianos

You're right. I will talk to witch. I'm fine with enabling the shop again and removing duplicates when the player logs in, since they can't be traded. And then we'd fix the bug this week.

Update: I found out that the real bug is actually them not being added to the player at all but it actually taking the HorseShoes. I will try to find a fix for this soon.

So why does everyone care if they see an idea someone else added to there game and use it and remodel it?
Wed all be dead if we didnt use others ideas :p like lets not put our heads in an aligator but if we cant use other ideas X.X............
