Staff contact
 

As mentioned by Bryan* in one of his posts concerning the removal of the staff contacts, it would be nice to have a button in the game's menu with links to the game supports profile. It would make it easy to contact support without having to be in the FAQ center or have them added!

Just like the friends list, just have a list of all the online staff.

Why can't they bring back /showadmin? I mean, Graal is better combated against hackers now right?

They really need to implement a way for players to contact support with ease.
Because right now we don't even know who is officially part of the support team!

Tbh the only people that need to be known are the GPs, everyone else is kinda behind-the-scenes.

Then why can't we see who is part of the support team/GPs?

Xor was never on the sign, yet everyone knows him. I don't really see the point of a sign or a button, admins send out a broadcast message every now and then and that's how you get to know them.

This is dumb as new players don't know where to seek instant support.
Not everyone knows Xor apart old players.

The only time they would broadcast mass messages is to:

1. Host events
2. Hiring via Graal Police or Graphics
3. Updating/tweaking the server


Having a button about GP Staff would ensure players (old & new) to be notified who is moderating the game and/or can have their in-game questions resolved. If not, make the Information Kiosk (FAQ) be more specific and direct.

I support this idea, how else can we appreciate the players that make the hats we love, and the players that create the floor we move on.

There should be a option in the menu that works in a similar fashion as feedback. There would be a list where you would choose what kind of problem you are having, and a little free writing space to describe the situation in a little more detail. Once submitted, it would be saved in a list that all Graal Police could go through; All seperated into categories chosen by the player in their message. You would be able to directly contact all of the staff and there would be no need to have a staff list at all unless you just want to give some credit to developers.

There should just be a staff contacts button on the menu screen where it shows every staff member.

My idea would make the whole system more efficient and easy to keep track of. There wouldn't be constant spamming of specific staff members accounts, and it would be easier to quickly sort it out.

I'm just curios as to why do people need staff contacts? Why would anyone need to contact them for? The only time I ever needed a staff member was when I need an account transfer before the identification system was implemented(when Xor was the only one that could do them)
