Body Project Critique

As some of you may know I love to make bodies. I've made a few from scratch and huge edits of others. I started working on a project with this body, but have been having difficulties with it. I'm creating a body based off the Naruto Akatsuki member named Sasori. Before you say anything about it being copyrighted I'd like to explain why it wouldn't be. This is just the a puppet body and the character has no symbols on him like the akatsuki cloud that would make him be claimed as copyright. I've seen plenty of bodies of other Naruto characters on Graal and the only ones that are rejected are the ones with the akatsuki cloud. Anyways I'll put a reference up and you guys tell me what needs to be changed or if I should bother even completing the rest of this. I know it needs A LOT of work.

Nice job on the body, you should try not to pillow shade because the shading will look unrealistic.

looks nice! but the hands are a little funky. im not very good with the hands part, but just saying maybe u should move the dot over a little like this like more realistic thumbs? idk its up to u but this is how i would do it.

Looks a bit rectangularly shaped, but other then that nice job!

Seems thinner than the Graal style. Will be exited to see it with an actual Graal head or your custom head ^^

But it´s nice, keep going.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I will continue to work on it since I already finished all The Initiative assignements for this month. Well except the optional States thing.

Thats like saying a coat is copyrighted because it has specific buttons on it.
If a naruto fan or a person who watches naruto knows that this body looks like Sasori's (the one on the picture), its definitely copyright and it will be removed with half of your gralats back (Regardless of shape/removal).

The way I see it it's not copyright unless I have both a head and body to complete the character. If I have a different head on the body then it wouldn't be Sasori. I see lots of bodys from the show and they're aloud. I've seen Sakura, Ino, Sasuke and other anime characters. Pedro made a captains body from Bleach and it even has a zanpakuto on the back and it's allowed. You're pretty much cosplaying with your avatar if you think about it.

I like it, not a fan of Naruto anymore but I think it looks really cool. And I don't see that violating copyrights, I watched the whole series and if I saw that body I wouldn't recognize it till you told me. Make sure to reshade it though, pillow shaded and it makes it look off...

I kind of scrapped this lol. I made a hokage outfit body recently and love it.

Add more detail, and different perspectives. People will take more notice.
